so i found this neato site called illustrationfriday.com. the whole purpose of this site is to encourage creativity...i heart this site. every friday they post a topic that whomever goes to the site is supposed to design/draw/paint/create/interpret in their own way. what a great idea! at the end of the week when your creativity feels drained, an opportunity to refresh and have a little fun and stretch your mind a bit too. i am going to try to do these on a regular basis. in fact maybe i will post them here...i wish all of you reading this would do them too, i love seeing stuff like this! hey yah maybe any of you who do one, send it to me and i will post it on the blog...love the concept..don't you?last night we celebrated hot rod's birthday and went to thise restaurant that had a wild game menu (ick) and of course lyndon had boar, and grandma had elk, but the grossest of all was eric who had kangaroo...i took a week nibble and nearly barfed....not on my must try list thats for sure!
today i had a business lunch with jonnie, good times, hit the swiss...thats how we role. im hoping to talk a few people into a little cross border shopping expedition this weekend...any takers?
