isnt that a great title? im trying to convince sommer that that should be the title of her thesis on how gender plays a role in instrument choice (i'm sure i have completely simplified that, but its roughly what she is doing). girls who play tuba....picture it....yup its a rounder girl your picturing isn't it? i wonder why thats what we think of? i did a google image search for girls and tubas and i found this image on a site in denmark of a pin up girl with a tuba...gotta love those crazy danes.i was at my cuzzies' house the other day and mila played three songs on the flute for us. she is so good, and sammy played the piano...how can they be so talented? i am anything but musical. oh well i will excercise my creativity in other ways.
well this week we went to one of the leafs exhibition games - they sucked, but it was a fun night, bumping into all sorts of people we knew. it was good times. tomorrow we are gonna go to a jays game - i haven't been all year, and i want a hat. hah...anyways i will write more next week, im feeling sleepy so ...ta ta.
