pop goes the daydream

i know its silly, very unimportant...but i dont care! i m happy for reese witherspoon and jake gyllenhaal! arent they just the cutest couple? i love the pairing. i feel like they are people who i would be friends with...you know she would call me up and we would head over to theri place for drinks... he would be funny...she would laugh and then we would all go ou...but i digress....yay for them though!

i decided to try my hand at writing an opinion column in the oakville beaver. i sent in my article, (which by the way i think is quite quick-witted) titled "the paperless news". that was monday and its now thrusday...i've heard nothing. i know i know...thats only four days, but i mean come on! and weirdly enough last night a copy of the 'beaver' was sitting on my front stoop...and i have never received it before....i gasped when i saw it...it must be a sign!

wouldn't it be fun to write for a living? i mean i wish someone would pay me to blog...that would be a dream come true...imagine taking your work everywhere with you, and just blah blah blahing....oh man i could sooo do that. pop (busting of dream bubble) back to the real world! anyways thats my new personal creative goal...to be published...even if its just in the local paper. i'll keep you posted on my progress....or lack there of.

ps. new book from ophrah...glad its not a bio...i just cant bring myself to read many of those...i'll have to pick it up on my way home

pps. are junior mints extinct? i can't find them anywhere...and i've had horrible cravings for them...
