ok its a milestone. its a biggie. and i want to commemorate the event with a moment of silence...estelle slept through the night.
many of you have children who have done this since they came home with you and are taking pity on me, others have no children and are saying "don't kids always sleep?" and then there are the rest of you...who know. you know what it feels like to go a year without sleep. one. full. year. so to all of you who are commiserating with me...you can now raise a celebratory glass of santa margarita with me tonight ...cause lord knows this is something to celebrate!
here's to hopefully many more nights of sleep...cheers!
ps i think it was the birthday hype that was keeping her up - now that its over, her excitement and anticipation has lessened therefore letting her sleep through - makes sense non?

oh estelle. I just can't get enough of her life stories and they have only just begun.
