thats right. the toronto parking authority and i are on the outs. i think that they need to install better BIGGER signage. on sat erin and i parked behind the wintergarden theatre to run into urban outfitters and we parallel parked (extra effort) between many other fellow parkers and paid the meter - which allowed us to pay until 5:17. we went in, did some minor damage, and came out at 5:12 to find that we had (along with the rest of the street) received a ticket! um hello thats a whole 5 minutes early on our paid fare. clearly the sign that indicated only till 5 on sat did not match the ticket machine which clearly took money for me to stay past 5. they grab whatever they can...in fact im still not even sure it was posted anywhere....and $60 later im not a happy camper.well the weekend flew by and ps...so did the month...i mean next week is february already! i finished my third book for the month yesterday, and i started yet another last night...im on a roll. jos says i "crush books" haha...i love that. it was an erin and heather weekend, we made a yummy grown-up dinner on friday, went and saw dreamgirls, hit up a WAY too hard yoga class on sat, went shopping, had sushi in yorkville, went to thre rockwood...it seems we cant get enough of each other ;)
well im out..it took me two hours to get to work today...thank you to GTA traffic as well...and i hope to be home by 6 at the latest tonight...wish me luck...and the same to all of you who join me in the battle
