back by popular demand....

well sometimes i think that i write this little blog just for purposes of self-validation, and that nobody even looks at it, as there are few people who actually leave comments in response to my entries, but low and behold I have had 3, thats right 3, people mention that they were disappointed in my laziness over the past few weeks. i apologize profusely and promise to try to be more attentive to the blogging world! and begin....

ahem...so many things have happened over the past few weeks, lets see what i can recall; well back on the 6th, we had laura's bachelorette party...it was a great time, we went babalus in yorkdale and danced the night away and aside from a very sketchy limo driver, it was a great night. (photos to come)

that weekend i also had my cuzzies stay over and we had a crafty weekend painting pottery and making bead necklaces and having tea...very cute. I also took both mila and lindsay shopping (on seperate days) for the very important GRADE 8 GRAD dresses. We hit one store and were immediately successfu! go fashion crimes go!

maris and i also made an emergency trip to buffalo to hit forever 21 and target, we really needed more time, but did quite well in only 3 hours, and plan on doing it again not to far from now ~ thank you goes out to the canadian dollar and its fabulous trading rate.

we also had a chance to meet the imfamous jay...stephs jay not laura's jay, and snaps to steph, he's a keeper! he was funny and so likable right off, you two better get a house soon so there is room for us to come visit you!

we also went to big john and ilana's wedding which was so pretty, and a great time. they got married at the old mill in ancaster and it was a long day for me, but i loved it. we had spent the weekend at the dellios' fab new cottage in kincardine and drove down to the hammer for a "not-to-be-missed" old boys simcoe hockey game (note: the groom wisely wore a full cage, i made sure) I became the event photographer as the none player in the group. oddly enought the wedding was far prettier than the game and i don't have any pictures to show ilana's amazing dress....hmm i will look into this (check back soon for pics)

phew....lots going on...this might help explain the tardiness of this entry...anyways more to come soon, its a record month for busy-ness for us; angela's shower, sammy's play, laura's wedding, and baby-cakes sales off to a record high www.baby-cakes.ca
